Roller coaster well worth it. This dealership is great on trying to please there customers. We were difficult since we wanted a specific type a car they had but not in the same col This dealership is great on trying to please there customers. We were difficult since we wanted a specific type a car they had but not in the same color and same year so they were able to give us a better car so instead of a 2015 Toyota 4 Runner we got a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner with all leather seats. Since they had to get it from a different dealership we did have to wait a few days to get it but it was worth the wait. More

The manager did a great job doing two jobs. The man that checked me in left abruptly, so the manager - Jamale Thomas - had to do his job preparing the paperwork and processing everyone. OUTSTANDING! I am incredibly happy with my service experience. The service advisor, Alan, kept me informed every step of the way and my vehicle was repaired earlie I am incredibly happy with my service experience. The service advisor, Alan, kept me informed every step of the way and my vehicle was repaired earlier than expected! The technician repaired my vehicle perfectly, topped off all of my fluids, put air in my tires, performed a multi point inspection on it and did not leave one dirty finger print! I will not be using any other dealership, but Plaza Toyota! More
