never again I brought my vehicle for recalls and 15000 miles maintenance service. Repeated a couple times what I need. In three days they finished recalls, but no maintenance at all. Had to go to another body shop to change oil. The staff is quiet unfriendly, no signs where to pick the vehicle. I asked a guy in the small office how to pick up the car, he said he will be with me in a moment and never left his desk. I was staying and waiting for someone to help, but nobody paid attention. No idea about their names since nobody in introducing themselves when you drop off or pick up the car. Never, never again! More

I walked to the parking area and saw my vehicle parked up with other vehicle blocking it. They did that to charge me more for labor. The work that got done on my vehicle should not cost $400.00 for labor. My time @ the service station is from 7:00 am-11:00am. More

We were difficult since we wanted a specific type a car they had but not in the same color and same year so they were able to give us a better car so instead of a 2015 Toyota 4 Runner we got a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner with all leather seats. Since they had to get it from a different dealership we did have to wait a few days to get it but it was worth the wait. More

The manager did a great job doing two jobs. The man that checked me in left abruptly, so the manager - Jamale Thomas - had to do his job preparing the paperwork and processing everyone.
