Pleasant and satisfactory My cigarette lighter fuse blew so I came in for service. Wasn't sure it was covered under my warranty. Found out it was the car adapter that I bought My cigarette lighter fuse blew so I came in for service. Wasn't sure it was covered under my warranty. Found out it was the car adapter that I bought blew out the fuse. The sales advisor, Alan , said this will be fixed but please don't use those adapters anymore otherwise I won't be covered the next time for this problem. I was very happy that this took place. I highly recommend plaza automall to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Friendly staff and quick service I was in for my 2 year or 20,000 mile service on my 2003 RAV4 last Sat. Alan greeted me like a professionally, asked me if I needed anything else so I was in for my 2 year or 20,000 mile service on my 2003 RAV4 last Sat. Alan greeted me like a professionally, asked me if I needed anything else so I told him about noises in the rear over bumps. His team did the maint, check out the car and order the rear shock for me.
