Service personnel was awsome. Great job he did. They checked all the point to be inspected then recommend to change air filter but was not pushed anything just to boost sale only. 2008 Toyota service Bought it in 2010 @ Plaza and we've been very happy with it since. I believe it has been running well because of the maintenance it's received at Plaza service. Jimmy was very friendly, but I could tell he needs more experience. With time I think he can be an outstanding employee for you. Of course I was surprised that our Toyota needed so much work since it had been running smoothly for the past year. I guess a car is like the human body, you never know what's going on inside. That's OK, but I found the labor charge (which was $706, while the parts were $168) a little on the high side. Even so, I'll be bringing it in again in August for the State Inspection. More
