Service one. Year The car wash workers need to be better with customers. My car finishe wash and the staff left my car with with the engine on, door open in front as I The car wash workers need to be better with customers. I stood there for like 25mims then another staff from the car wash said. I this your car. I thing your finish. He then took the tag out and I took my car. More

Quick and efficient. Jimmy Michel was personable, friendly with a geniuon smile. Made me feel comfortable to ask any questions and he answered them all. The only missing link is the Peter was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. Outstanding! Make sure he is appreciated so I can call on him next time. The only missing link is the period between "your car is ready" and "driving away" and that is a systems issue, not a Peter problem. If the car is ready and the paperwork is complete, give it to the people who collect the money so there is no searching for the service rep., hanging around waiting for someone to pick up the paperwork and get your car. This could be made more efficient by having to deal only with the office staff. I moved here from Richmond, VA--and that's how it's done at McGeorge Toyota. Give them a call. It'll make a big difference in the congestion around the service entrance. More

Routine Service + Recall Peter, the service advisor, was very helpful from the time I checked in with my car until I came to pick it up. He wrote up my repair request without Peter, the service advisor, was very helpful from the time I checked in with my car until I came to pick it up. He wrote up my repair request without delay and I was on my way to work within 15 minutes of arrival. He called me with progress updates, and advised me when additional work or parts (cabin & engine air filters, wiper blades) were suggested and gave me the prices. My car was ready as promised More
