Quick and efficient. Jimmy Michel was personable, friendly with a geniuon smile. Made me feel comfortable to ask any questions and he answered them all. The only missing link is the period between "your car is ready" and "driving away" and that is a systems issue, not a Peter problem. If the car is ready and the paperwork is complete, give it to the people who collect the money so there is no searching for the service rep., hanging around waiting for someone to pick up the paperwork and get your car. This could be made more efficient by having to deal only with the office staff. I moved here from Richmond, VA--and that's how it's done at McGeorge Toyota. Give them a call. It'll make a big difference in the congestion around the service entrance. More
