Feel Like They Took Advantage of Me My sales person was Tarek Hussein. He seemed very friendly and patient with me. He was very helpful and understanding so i thought. They sold me a Toyota Corolla 2015 LE for 16,210 when the online price for the same exact vehicle and Vin # was 11,284. Another paper shows unit price 14,075. I didn't realise all of that until I went home and read all the paperwork. I came in with a capital one auto loan offer but the Finance Guy convinced me that their offer was better. He didn't show me any proof. I was there for 5hrs with my 4yr old son and he was acting up and I was ready to just go. But I really needed a car. Im regretting my decision because they only care about making a profit. How could they lie and take advantage of me. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. Make sure to read before you sign. Do not trust them. More

NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DEALERS, SERVICE: HIGH PRICE I WAS THERE BECAUSE MY MAINTENANCE LIGHT IS UP, WHEN I CAME, THE SERVICE GUY TOLD ME HE DID NOT SEE MY APPOINTMENT FOR A CHANGE OF OIL. HE INSISTS HE DOES NOT SEE THE COMUTER OF THE OTHER DEALER, I NEED MAJOR SERVICE FOR $649. NOT EVEN THAT I CAME TO YOUR DEALER AND DID ALMOST THE SAME SERVICE, THEY DID. NOT COST ME $649 HE DID COST ME ABOUT $200, THAT WAS ON 9/23/2014 THE READOMETER WAS 25364 MILES. THEY SAID THEY DO A MULTIPOINT SERVICE ON THE CAR, THEY DONT EVEN GIVE ME A REPORT BUT THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THEY DID. I AM VERY DISASTIFIED WITH THE SERVICE NOW. More

Second you mechanics totally missed my broken rear shock absorber which could have caused additional damage to my car. It was not something that just happen a few days ago. There was a huge buildup of road dirt sticking to the leaking fluid on the absorber that the naked eye could see including me. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this. The incompetence is more serious in my mind than the attempted rippoff. You can kill people for such poor performance More
