Routine Service + Recall Dropped my car off in am and it was ready in a couple of hours. Drop off and write up procedures are much faster than in the past. An improvement can be made in the pick up procedures - usually wait too long and need to tell the cashier to call for the car more than once. I never received the report on the multipoint inspection.
