Had appointment for valet service for 7 45 am. They came at 8:20. The service manager did not call me to go over the work to be done. Doesn't Care About Customer Satisfaction I had my car get the 30K service which included tire rotation and wheel balancing, etc. When I got my car back (via delivery service) as soon as I turned it on I get the 30K service which included tire rotation and wheel balancing, etc. When I got my car back (via delivery service) as soon as I turned it on I noticed the "Low Tire Pressure" warning on the dash. How could they service my car and deal with the tires and not notice or fix that warning light? Really? You return my car to me with a warning light on the dashboard? I immediately called to speak to my service agent, Kelly Ann Jacobs. I was told she was busy and would call me back later that day. She didn't. I called the next morning and spoke to an operator who again told me Kelly Ann wasn't available but that she would give her the message and have her call me. She never called. The next day I received a call from the follow-up people asking me if I was satisfied with my service. I told them I wasn't, explained the whole situation and was told that a manager would follow up with me to correct this issue. I never received ANY call back. Clearly they just want to take your money and pretend that they care about customer satisfaction but have zero interest in actually making you satisfied. More
I had very bad experience with this dealer. I came and scheduled an appointment for test drive, but at the appointment time they did give test drive and salesman was rude. Be careful when dealing with these people they are deceptive and outright thieves. Their finance department will actually lie to you to increase their commission. Excellent leasing experience. Excellent service experience. The absolute worst buy out experience ever. The sales person we dealt with (Ron Lazkani) was the worst sales person I ever had to de experience. The absolute worst buy out experience ever. The sales person we dealt with (Ron Lazkani) was the worst sales person I ever had to deal with. When I questioned some of the charges he just tried to brush them off. When I asked why there was a charge for registration he said we would be getting new plates (A total lie). He also had the nerve to eat lunch with his sales coworkers while we sat there "waiting for paperwork." Which he denied. Finally on the second visit I asked to speak to a Sales manager and then we got the paperwork ( with a credit for the BS charges he added) and were able to leave. In closing I will say, if you have to go there ( I wouldn't) keep away from "Ron Lazkani" all he will do is treat you like crap. More
