Very low level of quality repair I asked for windshield replacement (Highlander 2017). They offer aftermarket parts for lower price. When they fixed all was very disappointing result I asked for windshield replacement (Highlander 2017). They offer aftermarket parts for lower price. When they fixed all was very disappointing results -to get my money they did re-design interior of the car because can't fit the new windshield (without my permission, never asked for my permission). They move down the miror bracket ( it's make poor my vision), they left open miror bracket's cables( very strange appearance for the new car), they can't fit the inside miror bracket and attached to the windshield with white tape glue(outside view is simple ugly), they left oily dirty spots all arround inside the car, they returned me 2 days( because mechanics left early) for software calibration and when I returned they asked for more money (it was included in the repair when we make the deal). Also the new windshield was with scratch and miror in the bracket is shaking. 3 days(I can't work) because they can't fix the windshield and they re-directed me to 3rd party(not Toyota) auto-glass shop. More
