Second time is not a fluke. I stopped in for my 15k mile service. Mike was my service manager. I asked if the car would be done by such and such time and he said they would do th I stopped in for my 15k mile service. Mike was my service manager. I asked if the car would be done by such and such time and he said they would do their best. Guess what? It was ready before I needed it. My 10k mile was also under the time promised. I hesitated bringing my car I since I haven't had the best experience in the service departments of Manhattan Toyota as well as Bay Ridge Toyota. But Plaza got it right twice. They also met me on price when I purchased the car. They are a smooth operation and Mike and Jimmy are great in the Service Department. Thanks again for the exemplary service! More
Dishonest dealer, disappointing experience . I have been using this dealership for at least 6 years , mostly for Toyota Care complimentary service for my leased Camry. Last week I had an ABS . I have been using this dealership for at least 6 years , mostly for Toyota Care complimentary service for my leased Camry. Last week I had an ABS brake light on and went to check it out. They said they found outside damage and charged me a lot for the part replacement. Well.., fine.., may be. But I also found on invoice that they did 25000 Toyota Care service, which I didn't request and was too early to do. I had a 20000 service just a week ago, my mileage is 17632; I had a sticker on windshield saying that next Toyota Care is on November or with 220000 mileage. The sticker was removed from the windshield. I believe that 25K Toyota Care is fraud and have serious doubts that ABS service was honest. More
