I spoke with several different service people when I was looking to buy a remote starter fo Apparently no one in the service department knows pricing. I spoke with several different service people when I was looking to buy a remote starter for my car. I spoke with at least four different people who gave me the same price. I spoke with the person that order the parts and the service manager and was told the same price. So, six people told me the exact same price. They told me they would do the work on a certain day. They picked up my car and had it all day for them to not have anyone there to do the work. If that wasn't bad enough they hiked the price up by $200 dollars. Needless to say I was very upset. After all was said and done they scheduled the work for another day and agreed to honor the original price. I am disappointed in the final product. They didn't attach the key to the starter and this brand they used only works short distance. It was not worth over $600. I wish I had purchased an after factory brand and had someone else install instead of doing what I thought was best for my vehicle by using a toyota dealership and toyota parts. So disappointed that I don't even want to use them for regular maintenance. More

Why Plaza Toyota service is the worst of the worst Very disappointed that i was lied to and treated like a worthless piece of meat. I came in on July 3rd for a pre-scheduled synthetic oil change at 11: Very disappointed that i was lied to and treated like a worthless piece of meat. I came in on July 3rd for a pre-scheduled synthetic oil change at 11:30 am. As it was busy when i arrived, I had to wait a bit for someone to acknowledge me and come over to ask me about my vehicle. That's fine. I had no problem with that. The woman who took my information, asked me if i was going to wait, for which i responded yes. She told me it was busy and it would take around an hour and a half. I wasn't thrilled but i understood and i said that will be fine. After waiting quite a bit, i left to go have some lunch. I returned at 2:30 pm, 3 hours after i dropped it off, expecting to pick up my vehicle. After being ignored by numerous employees, I finally found out that NOTHING was done to my vehicle yet. After waiting another 20 minutes, i finally was put in touch with the manager who gave me some bull story about some recalls that weren't done yet. They never had the decency to call me and say, hey we're sorry we got backed up and we still need another hour. What am I? A dog? ZERO communication. ZERO customer service. I told him all I needed is the oil change. He said they could start the oil change "soon". At that point i demanded that he give me back my vehicle. Then he disappeared for a while and i didn't get my van back for another 15 minutes. I didn't leave the place till after 3:00. There was a sign on the wall of the waiting room, if there are any issues you can text to 69696 for help. i tried that and i got a response that someone will contact me. I'm still waiting, 2 weeks later. The manager gave some lame apology and told me I'll receive an email to arrange for a new appointment with the concierge pick up service. I never received any email or phone call. In short, they simply don't give a crap about their costumers or value their time. I would NEVER recommend any sane person to go to this service shop. More

quick and smooth experience Went in to the dealership on Monday night and drove out with a brand new car Tuesday night. It was a quick and smooth experience. Although, it took around a half hour of waiting on Monday night before a salesperson was able to meet with us, even though we had scheduled a meeting in advance and I had even confirmed it earlier that day. But once we met with the salesman the whole experience was quick and easy. More
