Had appointment for valet service for 7 45 am. They came at 8:20. The service manager did not call me to go over the work to be done. Inspection and 2 year service I had to call them around 11 They came at 8:20. The service manager did not call me to go over the work to be done. Inspection and 2 year service I had to call them around 11 am to speak to mgr . As far as I know they only did the inspection. My car was returned to me at 5:45 pm Their communication is very poor More
Doesn't Care About Customer Satisfaction I had my car get the 30K service which included tire rotation and wheel balancing, etc. When I got my car back (via delivery service) as soon as I turned it on I get the 30K service which included tire rotation and wheel balancing, etc. When I got my car back (via delivery service) as soon as I turned it on I noticed the "Low Tire Pressure" warning on the dash. How could they service my car and deal with the tires and not notice or fix that warning light? Really? You return my car to me with a warning light on the dashboard? I immediately called to speak to my service agent, Kelly Ann Jacobs. I was told she was busy and would call me back later that day. She didn't. I called the next morning and spoke to an operator who again told me Kelly Ann wasn't available but that she would give her the message and have her call me. She never called. The next day I received a call from the follow-up people asking me if I was satisfied with my service. I told them I wasn't, explained the whole situation and was told that a manager would follow up with me to correct this issue. I never received ANY call back. Clearly they just want to take your money and pretend that they care about customer satisfaction but have zero interest in actually making you satisfied. More
