Service Having trouble with the automatic Shuffle shut off feature. Robert, the service manager, had it checked out and found I had a bad battery. He also showed me how to use the Lincoln app with special features like Auto starting the car. I was unaware of this and it was helpful. He also reminded me that I was entitled to have the car picked up and returned for service and a loaner car would be provided. I've never used this feature before and made it more appealing to do in the future. Why no Service catagory with names listed like Sales? More
Customer service women! My visit was OK. The cashier was exceptional in helping me, she deserves a raise!...as for the waiting room, It needs an upgrade and better supplies My visit was OK. Unsatisfactory service call I thought it was going to be the common oil change, filter, lube and tire rotation … Had a loaner car and was contacted by the service rep Christie I thought it was going to be the common oil change, filter, lube and tire rotation … Had a loaner car and was contacted by the service rep Christie Cook that my vehicle was ready for pickup. We arrived at 9:45, got the bill and some quotes and recommendation for new Michelin tires. Waited for 45 minutes for the Lincoln MKX to be brought around. They said it was being washed. When the vehicle arrived we headed for home. After we got home, later that evening I noticed a dent and black mark on the driver side front fender near the wheel well on the fender. My assumption is that while rotating the tires, the black mark and dent were created by a dropped tire... I called service at 4:55 to let them know but was sent to voice mail of Bob, I think, so I explained the problem and asked him to call me. No call. Called the next day, Saturday, got the same voice mail Bob and left a second message. Still no call and its 1:30. Bob where are you? Just got this Share your experience survey so I'am answering it truthfully and will call again after I complete this survey. Hope I don't get Bobs voice mail again. More
