Poor car wash The complimentary car wash caused water to collect inside the dash of my car and where the AC fan is located. Have no leaks so assuming the person use The complimentary car wash caused water to collect inside the dash of my car and where the AC fan is located. Have no leaks so assuming the person used a pressure washer and pointed it so as to get water inside umder dash. Not happy and was told it would have to evaporate. Will not get car washed there again. More

A Job Well Done My wife went to the Plaza Lincoln service department on September 30 to have two shock absorbers replaced under warranty. It went so well because of My wife went to the Plaza Lincoln service department on September 30 to have two shock absorbers replaced under warranty. It went so well because of assistant service manager Christie Cook. This problem occurred late Friday afternoon. I called Christie and she was able to hold two shock absorbers for me and get me a 9 am appointment the next Monday morning. They took my car in right at 9 am and the repair was done very efficiently. She communicated very well with my wife as to the status of the repair and had her back on the road in no time. I was very pleased with Christie’s work, as well as the mechanic. I was very pleased. More
