I had to bring my 2015 Ford Fusion in on a recall to replace door springs. I was able to get my car in quickly and the service was done in a timely manner. Dottie gave me a ride home. I was extremely impressed by my sales rep, Jay and the finance man, There was no pressure to buy, however, they did what they could to earn my business. Was pleased that Plaza Lincoln came to get the car for it's first service. The staff I spoke to were courteous. The car has only 2,100 miles in the 10 months I have leased it. I must say that I am it's first service. The staff I spoke to were courteous. The car has only 2,100 miles in the 10 months I have leased it. I must say that I am very disappointed in the condition of the car when returned. It was supposed to be washed. There were smears across the windshield, water spots on the roof, dirt spots at the hatch and the tires were covered with black soot. More

Full service on Monday. Navigation stranded me on Wednesday. Bank in service on Tuesday. Returned following Monday. Thankful problem has been fixed. Since it was $150 plus a month over what I’m paying now for the same vehicle with a different name, I will probably have to go elsewhere when my lease is up. Sad because I’ve been a customer since I’ve been in Florida except when the salesman tried a bait and switch in 2015. I left terribly upset More
