This would of been my first service appointment on ,my 2020 Corsair. I made an appointment for them to pick up my vehicle on Nov 3, I needed to cancel that appointment and rescheduled for Nov 12. Last spring I made an appointment for service through my phone app. I got a confirming text message and a confirming email. When the time came, no one showed up. I called and found out that I didn't have an appointment. I recently got a recall notice for my Lincoln Corsair. I called and left a voicemail. No response. The following week I physically went to the service dept. and made an appointment. Guess what? The day came and I was told I didn't have an appointment AGAIN. I rebooked and got the service. In that Service Dept. I can tell you that the only people who you an trust are Bobby and Christie. They are intelligent, personable, and they know how to actually book an appointment. I can't say that for anyone else in the Service Dept. that I have dealt with. Good luck! More
