Bob Friend.Been at Service dept 3 times for the same issue. After 3 tries by service department and, so I’m told, corporate can was involved the last time. Now, the same “mirror-clicking” has occurred for the forth time! This is so unacceptable for a dealer such as Plaza. I was living in GA when I leased this car and will surely drive back there to lease again. Maybe perhaps the dealers in FL just don’t care after the fact? So very disappointed with Plaza. Pugmire in GA ever treated us like this. More

Knowledgeable, efficient, timely Appointment was made within my time needs. Car was picked up at my door on time with a new loaner and with no hassle. Even when I changed the return Appointment was made within my time needs. Car was picked up at my door on time with a new loaner and with no hassle. Even when I changed the return of my car to “I’ll drop off the loaner and pick up my car”, there was no problem. My car was ready at the time it was promised. Service representative was friendly/courteous and was able to tell me exactly was was needed, why, the cost, and when the next service was needed and what items needed to be addressed at that time. My car was returned cleaned and in perfect condition. I have dealt with the various Service Representatives at Plaza, and they all have the same work ethic - that, as a Lincoln owner, my satisfaction is the only priority!! More

Damaged my MKC; tried to avoid responsibility. Oil changed; filler cap left off; 1 1/2 qts oil sucked out onto engine. Service management attemped to avoid recording the issue in a manner that woul Oil changed; filler cap left off; 1 1/2 qts oil sucked out onto engine. Service management attemped to avoid recording the issue in a manner that would garentee "no charge" repairs of any future damage that was caused by the oil spray incident. As a result of this incident we have freed ourselves of the worries and gotten other transportation. More

The service rep came out and tried to determine the problem. When she couldn’t she made a scheduled appointment for a couple of hours later. The problem was resolved and I got my SUV back all clean and shiny! More
