Customer Service - Not like it used to be! I’ve been a customer at Plaza Lincoln since they also serviced Isuzu in 2003. Whenever I had overnight Maintenance on my vehicles I received a nice lo I’ve been a customer at Plaza Lincoln since they also serviced Isuzu in 2003. Whenever I had overnight Maintenance on my vehicles I received a nice loaner vehicle. The new policy is to send you to Hertz for a rental. The rental was a small entry level Nissan that smelled of cigarette smoke. The actual automotive care is top shelf, but customer service is not like it used to be.
