Honored the Lincoln customer promise. Dealership has become large used car depot So sad to see this Lincoln dealership turn into a low class used car depot. There are more used cars in the showroom there there are new model Lincol So sad to see this Lincoln dealership turn into a low class used car depot. I was living in GA when I leased this car and will surely drive back there to lease again. Maybe perhaps the dealers in FL just don’t care after the fact? So very disappointed with Plaza. Even when I changed the return of my car to “I’ll drop off the loaner and pick up my car”, there was no problem. My car was ready at the time it was promised. Service representative was friendly/courteous and was able to tell me exactly was was needed, why, the cost, and when the next service was needed and what items needed to be addressed at that time. My car was returned cleaned and in perfect condition. I have dealt with the various Service Representatives at Plaza, and they all have the same work ethic - that, as a Lincoln owner, my satisfaction is the only priority!! More
