Things have changed over the 3 year time period & certainly not for better customer service. We will be certain to share with others where we live to NOT shop at Plaza Lincoln in Leesburg, Fla. This unwelcoming attitude starts at the top, so even though we did not see the face of Management & Finance Jay Bitzer was dictated to on "how to" make the sale/lease that did NOT happen & it won't now. car was advertised as having satalitte radio. Was told I needed to subscribe to it. Fine, but I don't see that option anywhere and when I call the dealer, i'm told he will get back to me. 2 weeks later, I' needed to subscribe to it.
