Unplanned service prompt and courteous My MKC’s electronics were acting funny and I couldn’t use Navigation or turn the radio off. I stopped by Plaza without an appointment. The service rep came out and tried to determine the problem. When she couldn’t she made a scheduled appointment for a couple of hours later. The problem was resolved and I got my SUV back all clean and shiny! More

Worst communication ever!!! I would of thought that he would have finished the job before going to lunch. So 4 hours and 10 minutes later it still was not finished (car was supposed to be detailed after service) I told them to forget about detail I was leaving.... When I addressed my concerns to service manager I was told "any normal person takes a lunch regardless if the customer is waiting" Not this girl.... NEVER AGAIN!!!! More

Distant I found the Sherri friendly and co-operative. I found the Troy friendly and co-operative. But I also found that seeing I was purchasing my leased ve I found the Sherri friendly and co-operative. I found the Troy friendly and co-operative. But I also found that seeing I was purchasing my leased vehicle no one was particularly interested in my business. I wasn't even asked if I might consider a trade. I wasn't offered any services. In fact I was appalled to find out after I got home I had been charged some 699.99 for "vehicle preparation" and nothing had been done to my vehicle to warrant the charge. Not an inspection. Not an oil change. Not even an offer for a car wash. When I questioned this I was told the charge was "required by law". Now I found that preposterous but I won't waste my time challenging it. In addition I just received the registration for the vehicle and the address is wrong. The difference between when I first leased my Lincoln on a scale of 1-10. When I leased my treatment was a ten. When I buy it it's a 3 and only because the folks involved were pleasant, efficient and except for the registration issue and vehicle prep quite professional. The whole thing felt like the dealership was saying "we aren't making a killing on this so let's get this guy out of here." The business end highly disappointing. More
