Pulled a fast one Deal started out perfect. Found a dealer that had a warranty on all their cars and wanted our trade in at a fair price. One part of the deal included Deal started out perfect. Found a dealer that had a warranty on all their cars and wanted our trade in at a fair price. One part of the deal included putting a switch in the purchased vehicle that was needed for towing. they told us week. Wrong switch came in so another week we understood so no problem. This did give us time to drive around in the car. We discovered two issues of concern. We figured fine-we’re well within our 30 days. When we brought the issues to their attention we were informed the final paperwork had been written up as an ‘as is’ sale no warranty. One of the things we had discussed with our salesman was that warranty of 30 days and the car even had it on the window sticker. We’d even inquired about an extended warranty, which we were told wasn’t available. Ultimately it was on us because while making sure everything else was in the contract we neglected to specifically look for that 30 day warranty we were told was given on ‘every’ car. So when they drew up the paper work they intentionally didn’t give us the warranty & and never mentioned to us that it was no longer part of our deal. We thought we had found an honest salesman and fair dealer. SHAME ON YOU!!!! More
