Was pleased that Plaza Lincoln came to get the car for it's first service. The staff I spoke to were courteous. The car has only 2,100 miles in the 10 months I have leased it. I must say that I am it's first service. The staff I spoke to were courteous. The car has only 2,100 miles in the 10 months I have leased it. I must say that I am very disappointed in the condition of the car when returned. It was supposed to be washed. There were smears across the windshield, water spots on the roof, dirt spots at the hatch and the tires were covered with black soot. More
