I have a 2001 Lincoln LS and am the original owner. I retired back home to Florida in early 2004. I visited this dealership when it was time for the 36,000 checkup. Under different ownership, I was not happy with the service department because young idiots were running it. I chose to go to a much more knowledgeable and friendlier Lincoln-Mercury dealership in Ocala. The good news is a change in ownership has made all the difference for many years now. Excellent service and professionalism have marked this dealership for many years now. I highly recommend this dealership in Leesburg, Florida, without hesitation. Still have my Lincoln LS V8, thanks to my confidence in the personnel and expertise. They make me happy!! More
I bought my used 2008 car in 2008. It had less than 10,000 miles on it at that time. For the most part it has always been serviced at Plaza. The sales personnel did a great job explaining the various features of the Aviator. Unfortunately, some of the features discussed were not in the actual car we purchased.
