Brought my 2020 Evoque in because after last service software update the autostart function no longer was working. Signed up for a complimentary diagnostic scan. Was charged over $250.00 for them to t software update the autostart function no longer was working. Signed up for a complimentary diagnostic scan. Was charged over $250.00 for them to tell me that the autostart function is no longer supported with our software version but the only way to upgrade the software was to spend an additional $2500 on a telematics module. Connor Bemis was pleasant to work with but I would never have purchased the car knowing that the autostart function wouldn't be supported without major upgrades. Between the $100 per year for the app subscription and another $2500 in upgrades just to be able to use the app I am looking at close to $900 a year to use the autostart feature. More
