Service department forgot I had a warranty when getting some repairs. The guy resolved that quickly. Recently had a tires put on. Wife hit a nail. They got me in same day and fixed this for free. They're not perfect, but when they do slip up they quickly correct course. I bought from here because I knew my wife could take her car in for service and they wouldn't try to pull one over on her.
