We bought a Range Rover from Plaza Motors 7 yrs ago and cannot complain about the Service dept. We were treated fairly. However, we went back to buy a new Range Rover from them a few months ago and wil cannot complain about the Service dept. We were treated fairly. However, we went back to buy a new Range Rover from them a few months ago and will NEVER buy another car from Plaza. The sales dept is incompetent, arrogant, independent and over-priced! They basically don're care about customer service possibly because they think they are the only dealer in town you can buy Land Rover products. The sales manager is useless too. It was only after I complained to Land Rover USA that I got a call of apology from this dealer. Little too late. So we instead bought a 2012 Range Rover from Aristocrat Motors in Merriam, KC. Aristocrat puts Plaza to shame with impeccable customer service, very competitive pricing and professionalism! More
I recommend Tracy for sales rep. Very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right car. I had hard time deciding and he made the decision easier because of his knowledge- my husband and I spent a lot of t helped me choose the right car. Owner of 2 Range Rovers - EVERY time the vehicle goes in for a repair there is another problem - coincidentially it happens to become a problem on the other Range Rover when take in - 2 Range Rovers - b for a repair there is another problem - coincidentially it happens to become a problem on the other Range Rover when take in - 2 Range Rovers - both have had radiator related problems after other work was completed - Requested that the parts be kept for review by Range Rover North America and surprise they were thrown away - A plastic valve for the radiator was torn after other radiator work was completed and we were charged $500 plus dollars - AND the service rep said that Range Rover should not use plastic garbage in their cars!! And, yet, there is nothing posted from the Dealership to Range Rover with this very concern - I am looking for another Business to work on our Range Rover & then will no longer have to deal with Plaza Motors. More
My experience with this dealer is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. First the Land Rover is a TOTAL piece of junk. Do NOT buy one from anyone. After four years of servicing from Plaza worst I have ever experienced. First the Land Rover is a TOTAL piece of junk. Do NOT buy one from anyone. After four years of servicing from Plaza the same problems continue to reoccur. They are unable to fix the vehicle. The dealer and Land Rover North America are both TOTALLY worthless. The manufacturer is no help in resolving problems either. More
Joe Vernon was my sales rep for my Range Rover purchase. Joe was great! I would highly recommend him. Joe was very thorough and patient and created a very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure.
