disappointed with the delivery of my xxType I had to call my salesman to inquire if my car was transported to the dealership the day before I was to take delivery.Only then wqs I told by him tha I had to call my salesman to inquire if my car was transported to the dealership the day before I was to take delivery.Only then wqs I told by him that it was in.Once paperwork was signed and I took delivery of the car my salesman Mark Springer told me he had someone in his office.I could wait to have him explain all the car"s features and controls or I could come back at a later time .I was not willing to wait until he was finished with his new customer.We agreed to for me to return to the dealership on the following Wednesday at 6:45 pm.When I arrived I was told Mark would be back in 5 minutes as he was taking a car in for detailing.I informed the person my wife and I had another engagement and could not wait..Another gentleman from Land Rover explained the cars features to my wife and I.Spending as much as I am for this xxType I would have expected much better service after the sale ..By the way I am Still waiting for the return of my overpayment from my $1000 earnest payment. Lack of Integrity Service Department Jason King lies, is disrespectful, rude is mad if you don't spend 3000.00 or more every visit. I know he has something between him and the mechanics. If they recommend you fix something on your car even if it doesn't need to be. They make sure they leave a wire, bolt loose or whatever part needs to be repaired supposedly. Even if I only need a oil change after I leave that dealer ships service department something goes wrong with my vehicle. When I talk about getting second opinion Jason King pouts and says, let them fix it then those are not certified mechanics you don't know what those small corner garages are doing to your vehicle. So let me tell you I go in to have my oil change the service department offers frees car wash top off fluids. I say to Jason King will you please make sure all my fluids are topped off especially knowing I am out of washer fluid. Oh yes that's what we do. Every time they never do it. I called him out on it he makes excuses oh I will say something to the mechanic they know better. I thought if you are a excellent service rider who cares about his customers you would check them your self to make sure they were taking care of since I complained they forgot to the last visit. No he doesn't care just wants you to spend your hard earn money to give himself a fat check. At least he could keep his rude comments to himself and so respect to the paying customers. I wish and will tell everyone I know to never go to that dealer ship for service drive the extra miles to KC or IL or find a trust worthy corner garage that respects their customers and dose not put their customers lives at stake because of how they cause something to seriously go wrong with your vehicle as soon as they put their hands on thee gone etc. I will be contacting Landrover of America the news team and tell everyone I meet and know to never go to that dealer ship! Oh and yes Attorney Generals office of Missouri needs to know about this type of service they scam people on. Jason Ming should no longer have a job. More

Don't the your Rover to Plaza for Service I had my Range Rover towed because the key would not turn in the ignition. I told the service advisor a tiny piece of plastic had gotten into ignition I had my Range Rover towed because the key would not turn in the ignition. I told the service advisor a tiny piece of plastic had gotten into ignition hole and threw the vehicle into "lock out" mode. Jason King, the advisor told me that it's probably steering column. He called me an hour late after they looked into it and said it would be $6200 for a new steering column. I told him that is not true and this is probably caused by plastic falling into ignition switch. I refused to get it repaired and got it towed home. I did some internet research and put my key in ignition and tapped it with a screwdriver and it started!!! Problem fixed!!! And to top it off...the service guys left my gear shift cover off exposing wiring. Their excuse was they didn't know it was getting towed. Wow!!! They tried to get me for $6200. Plaza has no ethics!!! Never take your car there. I'm going to make sure I post this story at work (Monsanto) and I might call Fox2 News. I still have a print out of the estimate for $6200. More
Very Bad Service Department Never buy a Range Rover if you have to get it serviced at Plaza Motors in St. Louis. I have owned 2 different RR in the lat 13 years. They dont give you a loaner instead tell you they will get you a rental car which you have to pay for yourself or you can wait till the car gets done. They will argue with you over the phone. I once(the only time) got the RR detailed from them and they completely forgot to do the trunk and insisted this is their policy. My husband had to call the Sales Manager and had to get him involved to get the car re-done. The concept the customer is always right - doesnt exist at Plaza Motors Range Rover department. My husband owns a Lexus, but he has never had any issues with getting a loaner car - infact they provide him with the latest models of Lexus Cars. More

There are far too many trustworthy dealerships out there to take a chance with this group. RUN!!!!!" They gave me a wrong title and never return my phone calls. I totally agree!!!!! Worst dealership ever!!! I don't know how people get to keep their jobs after so many complains?! More
