Easy, enough Car buying is rarely quick or easy. I knew the car that I wanted and I didn’t have a lot of time to deal with test driving and all the haggling associ Car buying is rarely quick or easy. Unacceptable Service We are not pleased with the service provided to us by Plaza... When looking over the inspection of the car we wanted, the sales people we worked wit We are not pleased with the service provided to us by Plaza... When looking over the inspection of the car we wanted, the sales people we worked with didn't seem to have much knowledge about the cars' features and didn't seem to show to care. Even though we came with a 'pre-approved' letter for the purchase of the vehicle we wanted. The process took a long time to completion. The Finance Manager did not seem to listen to our wants in the loan process. After waiting for an extended amount of time, we were just ready to finish the process. We believed that we were getting a good car, so we didn't press the issue. Looking back on it now, however, I was truly displeased with the level of service we've received overall. I thought that Plaza had a better reputation than this, which is why we choose them. More
