disappointed with the delivery of my xxType I had to call my salesman to inquire if my car was transported to the dealership the day before I was to take delivery.Only then wqs I told by him tha I had to call my salesman to inquire if my car was transported to the dealership the day before I was to take delivery.Only then wqs I told by him that it was in.Once paperwork was signed and I took delivery of the car my salesman Mark Springer told me he had someone in his office.I could wait to have him explain all the car"s features and controls or I could come back at a later time .I was not willing to wait until he was finished with his new customer.We agreed to for me to return to the dealership on the following Wednesday at 6:45 pm.When I arrived I was told Mark would be back in 5 minutes as he was taking a car in for detailing.I informed the person my wife and I had another engagement and could not wait..Another gentleman from Land Rover explained the cars features to my wife and I.Spending as much as I am for this xxType I would have expected much better service after the sale ..By the way I am Still waiting for the return of my overpayment from my $1000 earnest payment.
