Shorter FPace - mixed results I thought Joe was great. He knew a lot about the vehicles and cars in general. Good experience working with him. Others on the team were nice as well. I thought Joe was great. He knew a lot about the vehicles and cars in general. Good experience working with him. Others on the team were nice as well. However, the delivery of my vehicle was the WORSE that I have ever experienced. The car was not cleaned well at all. It was terrible considering this was a new vehicle. I had to point out several issues that got corrected by Joe. When I got home, I noticed more and more issues with the car. This spoiled my good experience. More

Unacceptable Service We are not pleased with the service provided to us by Plaza... When looking over the inspection of the car we wanted, the sales people we worked wit We are not pleased with the service provided to us by Plaza... When looking over the inspection of the car we wanted, the sales people we worked with didn't seem to have much knowledge about the cars' features and didn't seem to show to care. Even though we came with a 'pre-approved' letter for the purchase of the vehicle we wanted. The process took a long time to completion. The Finance Manager did not seem to listen to our wants in the loan process. After waiting for an extended amount of time, we were just ready to finish the process. We believed that we were getting a good car, so we didn't press the issue. Looking back on it now, however, I was truly displeased with the level of service we've received overall. I thought that Plaza had a better reputation than this, which is why we choose them. More
