Awesome employees I recently had a problem with my Kia Sorento, It was giving me a bunch of problems. I used to go to Giffure and they were horrendous, i now know why t I recently had a problem with my Kia Sorento, It was giving me a bunch of problems. I used to go to Giffure and they were horrendous, i now know why they closed. So i was very skeptical about taking it to another dealer in Brooklyn because of my previous experiences. That all changed when i called up Plaza kia and got someone named Maurice on the phone, the whole experience with him was great. he was extremely polite on the phone and answered every question i had in detail. He assured me that they are not affiliated with Giuffre and i should give Plaza a shot. As soon as i walked in i got a warm greeting with a big smile, he was honest from the get go. I even said that i needed a few things and he said the technician will do a full 23 point inspection free and let me know if i needed anything. I told him i needed a few things that Giffure said i needed to do and i wanted to purchase them he told me he will have the tech check and make sure that those items are really needed. After about 2 hours (the shop was packed to the brim) he called me and said that the things i needed didn't really have to get changed right now and could wait till my next oil change. Im very happy to see there are some people who are still honest and actually care about my vehicle and not just trying to make a quick buck. He went over the Multipoint inspection and told me what i may need on my next visit. I would give him 10 stars if i could, and he definitely changed the sour taste i had about dealers. He even offered to get me a Lemonade while i was waiting. More

2016 Kia Soul First of all, Marvin is very professional and he is not one of those pushy car salesman, which I like. There is a long wait time at Plaza Kia, and I hope they can improve on this; but overall I am very pleased with my 2016 Kia Soul and the services I have received at Plaza Kia.
