The service took a little longer than they estimated but they gave me a loaner car to run some other errands. I drove over 3 1/2 hours for the service so it is great when it goes well and the people are friendly and do more than we planned. I also received a coupon for the service which was nice. The only downside is your prices for comparable work seem considerably higher than the dealership in Kansas City which is an equal distance from my home. The service was great but I may go to KC in the future solely based upon costs. The coupon did make the price more competitive. More
