I bought my first 2020 Jaguar F-Pace from Dominique who was awesome! She was very laid back and I felt real comfortable. After my purchase, she has called me to ask how everything was going and never have was awesome! She was very laid back and I felt real comfortable. Great Service Advisor I brought my 2004 S-type in for service and met my service advisor, Andrew Branca. From the beginning I felt welcome despite the age of my vehicle. Andrew was polite and helpful throughout the process and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs on an almost daily basis. I think he understands how much I love my car. I've already told my nephew who owns a newer Jaguar about Andrew and the experience I had at Plaza Jaguar. I would recommend it to anyone. More
Very arrogant and don't care about customers I leased 2020 Jaguar F-pace on February 29th 2020 (Saturday) around 7 pm after trade-in my Range Rover. At that time car was not detailed, but I was i I leased 2020 Jaguar F-pace on February 29th 2020 (Saturday) around 7 pm after trade-in my Range Rover. At that time car was not detailed, but I was in a rush due to Toddler & Family tiredness, and I told them I would come back on Monday. On Sunday (March 1st), my wife notice there was a scratch on one door, and I took it to the showroom and explained about scratch and no gas in the car on Saturday (February 29th). They first ask me to sign the paper for the title transfer of my old Range rover, and they told me to fix it and to come back on Friday, March 6th in between 8 am to 4 pm. I went to the showroom on Friday at 10 am, and they told me no loaner car and wait for 2 or 3 hrs, and I said I couldn't wait because I have to go to the office, and they told me to come on Monday, March 9th. I dropped the vehicle on Monday, and luckily they gave me a loaner car, and I went back to the showroom around 6 pm to collect my car. After 30 mins wait, John (Sale/Client Advisor) called me inside his room and said we have 60 cameras in our showroom and reviewed the tape and no scratch on Feb29th and showed me non-clear pictures. I asked him to zoom in the exact scratch location. He said you need to come back tomorrow (March 10th). I told how many times I need to come to your showroom continually and why can't be said to me on March 2nd or 6th and wasted my time then he started saying I am raising a voice and I was pissed off and left the showroom. Guys, I am sincerely advising, please don't buy a car from Plaza Jaguar; go to another dealer, and I called Jaguar cooperate headquarters and explained the situation. I hope they are not going to repeat the same thing to other customers. I am a genuine customer. Here are my last eight digits of VIN: LA619562. I am urging everyone; please don't go to Plaza Jaguar, and if you go there, don't talk to John (Sale/Client Advisor), and he thinks he owns the Jaguar company. More

I bought my first “non-mom” car here when my kids started driving and I was no long the nonstop taxi. Everyone was really helpful and it was a great experience. What stands out though, is months later when driving and I was no long the nonstop taxi. Everyone was really helpful and it was a great experience. What stands out though, is months later when I was there for service, Melinda came out to waiting area to chat and make sure I was still happy with my purchase. While sales people can probably see who is coming in, the fact that Melinda felt like it was important to continue to follow up in person to ensure satisfaction was very impressive, plus it made waiting for my car to get finished much more pleasant! My husband is going to start looking to replace his Pilot in a couple of months, so Melinda will be hearing from us soon! More
