Always easy to do business with/customer friendly I've been a customer of Plaza Motors since 1980's. I've always been pleased with the employees and the service. Outstanding to work with. Most rece I've been a customer of Plaza Motors since 1980's. I've always been pleased with the employees and the service. Outstanding to work with. Most recently I was adding gas before returning the loaner car. I was hit by another car attempting to maneuver around my loaner car. My reporting the collision to Plaza Infinity was easy and no hassle. The next morning I got a VM from Plaza that said Plaza was fixing the car and wouldn't even report it to the insurance company of the car that hit me. I was treated with respect and courtesy through all of this ... just as I've been with every other visit I've made to Plaza Infinity and Plaza Mercedes. More
Awesome service dept I had several issues that were all covered under warranty that I needed taken care of. After a horrible customer service experience at a competitor, I had several issues that were all covered under warranty that I needed taken care of. After a horrible customer service experience at a competitor, I chose to give Plaza a try. Jim in the service dept kept me informed every step of the way. There was a problem getting a part so it took 11 days for my work to be completed. I had a loaner vehicle the entire time & after a mix-up where I was told my vehicle was done but one issue was not fixed, Jim had my car delivered to me in IL so I did not have to travel to St Louis again to get it. Glenn delivered my car & was very friendly as well. My husband will now be bringing his vehicle to Plaza for service too. Thank you! More
On Dec 3,2013 I visited the dealer, took a test drive and told then I was interested in a model and color they did not have. My salesman after consulting with the manager offered to order the car I wanted. told then I was interested in a model and color they did not have. My salesman after consulting with the manager offered to order the car I wanted. The manager came in to talk with me and the salesman because I had questions the salesman needed help to answer. They agreed to order the car I agreed to a $500 deposit. The next day I called the salesman and gave him my credit card number to save a trip with a check. I was told it would take some time to get this car. I was OK with that. So I waited. About Feb 1 I decided to call and check on my order. I left a message for my salesman and days later no response. I left a message on his personal cell. Again no response. Thinking something was fishy I called the main number and asked for him. I was informed he no longer worked there. I asked to talk to the manager who was there when the deal was made. I was told he was off and would be there tomorrow. I called the next morning-no answer so I left a voice mail. I relayed my whole situation and asked him to call me. No response. I called the next day and asked the receptionist if the manager was in. Yes he was she said. I was connected, but no answer and left another voice mail this time insisting "what is happening- GIVE ME A CALL" Again no response! I still have not gotten a response to any of my calls. I have given up! In my 2 months+ waiting for them I did not visit their competitor where I had bought my last 3 Infinities. Two months wasted. I still have no idea what happened to my order. Needless to say I have no interest doing business with this company. I REMAIN FLABBERGASTED AT THEIR INEPTITUDE!!!!! More
The team at Plaza Infiniti did a great job. They were patient as I evaluated my options including a rather lengthy trip through the garage where I believe I changed my mind on which color combination I w patient as I evaluated my options including a rather lengthy trip through the garage where I believe I changed my mind on which color combination I wanted at least 3 times. They gave me a killer deal and backed up their assertion that they wanted to keep me in the Plaza family by beating dealers from throughout the midwest on price and making me a very happy customer. Exceptional buying experience from beginning to end. Can't overemphasize how cool it is to have nearly the full spectrum of luxury automobile manufacturers available "under one roof." Makes it so easy Can't overemphasize how cool it is to have nearly the full spectrum of luxury automobile manufacturers available "under one roof." Makes it so easy to contrast and compare. Started out looking at certified pre-owned BMW coup convertibles. Worked with Austin Dixon initially. Austin is new to Plaza and the industry in general. But he's a diligent, hardworking and honest young man. Such a pleasure to work with. Austin helped me review several automobiles from the BMW, Mercedes and Infiniti fleets. Ultimately, I began to settle on an Infinite SUV. Austin seamlessly handed me over to Anthony Jones. Yep, that's right THE Anthony Jones: local basketball star for the SLU Billikins. Anthony is the consummate gentleman and a professional in every sense. His easy demeanor and calm, confident way helped me evaluate my short list and ultimately make the perfect choice for me. He and the Sales Manager, Tom (a bona fide American Hero (Army Ranger, Vietnam), by the way), made a complicated transaction with a two-car trade-in move smoothly and effortlessly. I'm a big fan of these guys. Most of the process involved little more than verbal assurances and handshakes -- all of which were honored at the end and memorialized in the paperwork. Even after the papers were all signed ... a couple additional matters that came up toward the end all were resolved (in my favor) on nothing more than a promise and a handshake. Recommend them wholeheartedly, without any reservations whatsoever. If you're looking at luxury automobiles for your next purchase, particularly an Infiniti, do yourself a favor and work with the gents at Plaza Motors Infiniti. More
When I arrived at the dealership, which was not busy at the time, I was not approached by anyone. After walking around for several minutes, I went to the main desk and asked for a salesperson. I was inr the time, I was not approached by anyone. After walking around for several minutes, I went to the main desk and asked for a salesperson. I was inroduced to a nice professional young man who was friendly. Unfortunately, he was newer in his position and could not answer all my questions on a specific vehicle. On several occasions he would say, "I think.....or I'm not sure....." giving no indication he was willing to find the answer. I chuckled when I saw stickers in several places about the 10' rule. Apparently, that rule doesn't apply to a single female looking to purchase a car by herself. Perhaps that was the reason no one took me serious when I walked into the dealership? I did research prior to my visit on the type of vehicle I wanted and was ready to get down to business. I found the car I wanted at this dealer and the experience went down hill from there. There was little to no room in dealing "fairly" on the sticker price. Taking $2,000 off a $53,000 sticker price and not budging was an insult. I was accused of visting the Edmunds.com site and told that site was not accurate and I was mis informed. I had never even heard of that site but could tell they didn't want to hear that from me. I feel the cheesy 1970's approach by Dereck in dealng with the monthly payment was insulting. He was more interested in getting the price worked into a monthly payment and not wanting to deal with the sticker price. Unfortunately, this dealer lost a good sale to their competitor. I went to another dealer on the same day, who was willing to work fairly off the sticker price and not focus on the monthly payment, and purchased the car I wanted. And by the way......I paid cash (that is why the monthly payment didn't matter to me)! So much for the 10' rule stickers! More
Called for information and price of a used Infiniti and had the worst conversation I've ever had with a salesperson. He was very rude and didn't answer any of my questions. He did however give me plenty of cheesy one liners and told me he probably wouldn't call me back. The 1970's unprofessional sales approach didn't work then and it certainly doesn't work today. More
