Called for information and price of a used Infiniti and had the worst conversation I've ever had with a salesperson. He was very rude and didn't answer any of my questions. It was time to purchase a new auto, as many others, I was dreading the process. We had shopped many many dealers in the St. Louis area over the past month. Plaza Infiniti was our last dealership. When my husband called to set an appointment, Rob D'Alto is the salesperson that took his call.When we arrived at Plaza Infiniti, Rob greeted us at the front door and introduced himself. Since I come from a long line of salespeople I do not like to play games and I do not like to be pushed. Rob was such a breath of fresh air. He listen to our wants, our needs, gave us the facts, and did not push in any direction. Since I was still undecided about an auto, Infiniti, BMW, Audi etc., it was so nice to have "one stop" shopping. We were able to view all these autos side by side form Plaza's one location. Rob patiently spent countless hours showing us each auto while giving us detailed information. Since he specializes with Infiniti, he wanted to make sure all our questions were being answered with the BMW & Audi. He offered to have a BMW or Audi sales specialist talk with us but, there was no need. Rob did an excellent job of demonstrating the features on each auto and make. When we finally made our decision to purchase the Infiniti FX, I really thought, "here comes the game playing"! I had my gloves ready. Quite the opposite! There were no games,... no games at an auto dealership...."How Wonderful is that" I did not need my gloves. The quality of service we received from Rob D'Alto was OUTSTANDING! Rob along with the managers Tom Fallon, Scott Brenner, Ken Albert and Plaza Infiniti as a whole made purchasing an auto fun and pleasurable. You made us feel like part of your Plaza Infiniti family! Love this dealership! I work for a dealer in central Illinois and needed to send a G37 to them for warranty work. While at first I expected to wait 1-2 weeks for parts and for them to get me in, they we Illinois and needed to send a G37 to them for warranty work. While at first I expected to wait 1-2 weeks for parts and for them to get me in, they were able to get me in the same day I scheduled the appointment and the repairs were completed the same day! Couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Our dealership will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. It is worth the trip!
