Lack of care I purchased my first vehicle with Plaza Infiniti in July of 2017 and from day one had a frustrating experience. I came in ready to buy with a car alre I purchased my first vehicle with Plaza Infiniti in July of 2017 and from day one had a frustrating experience. I came in ready to buy with a car already picked out and my own loan in hand. The man running finance however was not wanting to take my loan and instead insisted I allow him to get me a loan (from the same institution). I allowed it which ended up being a mistake as my interested was an entire percentage higher. I bit the bullet for the sake of Katie who was my sales person at the time and accepted the new loan. Katie had told me about a referral program when I was buying from her as well, so I sent a friend and coworker of mine to see about buying an Infiniti. Both my friend and I communicated my referral to Katie however the bonus was never honored. I have attempted to contact this dealer many time, leaving voicemails as well as messages with other employees and I haven’t once heard back. They had also mistakenly charged me for the registration fee for the vehicle and rather than contacting me about it a check made out to the Department of Revenue was tucked away in my paperwork. I’ve been attempting to get this check remade in my name so I can be reimbursed this fee but I am still unable to get in contact with anyone from this dealer. Very very disappointed. I am currently car shopping again and I will stay far away from this dealer. More

THIEVES... DO NOT BUY Do not ever go to this dealership for any service for your car. They will steal anything out of your compartment and later say, "We cannot do anything for you." The service manager did not do anything to help out a customer. He sat back in his chair and said we cannot do anything for you. DO NOT PURCHASE your car from here. I also talked to the sales manager and no help what so ever. Beyond dissapointed with everyone there. On the first day I was going to get a loaner for my car to be serviced the tire had a big nail in the tire and was not prepared for me when I was given it. NO inspection what so ever has been done to make sure the car is in properly working order. They were putting my life and my safety on the line because the loaner had no been inspected to make sure it was in a drivable condition. More

This was my first time buying a car, but Rob was happy to help find the right vehicle for me. I didn't purchase one the original cars I looked at, but there was no pressure to do so. Instead, they kept in contact and let me know when they had cars in stock that were a better fit for my needs. Once I found a car I wanted, we came to an agreement on a fair price I bought the car. Afterwards, Rob helped me learn how to use the different features on my Infiniti and called me again to thank me and offer help if I had any questions about the car. Overall, I recommend this dealership as everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful. Additionally, their used cars are high quality and go through a thorough checklist. More

Totally Ignored, No Plaza Experience My husband and I went to the dealership, in the market for 2015 Infiniti Q50. The salesman approached asked us a few questions and walked away. He ac My husband and I went to the dealership, in the market for 2015 Infiniti Q50. The salesman approached asked us a few questions and walked away. He acted as though we didnt belong there, totally ignoring us. We went and asked to look at the the model Q50, he points to the car on the showroom floor. He was too busy with another couple interested in SUVs, who came in the dealership after we did. So after awhile, we left the Plaza dealership after giving personal contact info. We went to another Infiniti dealership, the treatment was different, the saleman was attentive and understanding. We are pleased with our Q50 and the deal we recieved from Bommarito Infiniti West County. We didn't get the "Plaza Experience." More
