Marcelo is a great sales manager. He is knowledgable about the product he is offering and will not just force a car on you. He is not interested in simply closing a sale. We purchased an Aezra Saturday. Joe's pleasant personality and knowledge sealed the deal. We called Joe asking if we stopped by the dealership today if he would link my husband's phone to Bluetoot personality and knowledge sealed the deal. First and foremost, I intended to feel out the Sonata I leased for pricing and usability , and definitely had no intention to walk out with a car. In what might seem as a scary and unnerving experience to some was indeed quite entertaining and beneficial to me and my family. I wasn't sure that I wanted to buy a new car until yesterday, yet once I enter some was indeed quite entertaining and beneficial to me and my family. I wasn't sure that I wanted to buy a new car until yesterday, yet once I entered the dealership I felt very comfortable with the surroundings and the personnel. Frank Mosca had already seated my family before I entered the doors and started the process of making them feel relaxed. Might I add, he is a very good comedian as well as a car salesman. Mr. Mosca was extremely knowledgeable about the process and was willing to answer all the questions I asked with what seemed like genuine sincerity. One small incident happened where the plates were put on the car upside down and Frank made sure that was corrected before I left. If not, my rating would not have been so perfect. Perfection is what I strive for and what I expect from others no matter the profession. I was pleased with my Hynundai Elantra and I'm looking forward to the same with the Sonata. I really could not believe the patience that he had on the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend! Basically, Frank got my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder's 9 payment's taken care of and had me drive out of Plaza Hyundai with a new car!!
