We purchased an Aezra Saturday. Joe's pleasant personality and knowledge sealed the deal. In what might seem as a scary and unnerving experience to some was indeed quite entertaining and beneficial to me and my family. I wasn't sure that I wanted to buy a new car until yesterday, yet once I enter some was indeed quite entertaining and beneficial to me and my family. I wasn't sure that I wanted to buy a new car until yesterday, yet once I entered the dealership I felt very comfortable with the surroundings and the personnel. Frank Mosca had already seated my family before I entered the doors and started the process of making them feel relaxed. Might I add, he is a very good comedian as well as a car salesman. Mr. Mosca was extremely knowledgeable about the process and was willing to answer all the questions I asked with what seemed like genuine sincerity. One small incident happened where the plates were put on the car upside down and Frank made sure that was corrected before I left. If not, my rating would not have been so perfect. Perfection is what I strive for and what I expect from others no matter the profession. I was pleased with my Hynundai Elantra and I'm looking forward to the same with the Sonata.
