The first question she asked was what features did I want and in what colors. At that moment I knew I was walking away with an awesome car. We were working with Joe Trin I actually went into Plaza Hyundai to purchase a vehicle for someone else and found myself walking out with a Sonata. We were working with Joe Trincilla who is a very down to earth and knowledgeable young man. There was no pressure on his part to purchase anything, and during the discourse I found myself asking about a manual transmission Sonata. As luck would have it they had the very vehicle in stock that I would have wanted to buy if I were in the market for one and Hyundai had very good financing, therefore I decided to make the purchase. I have not worked with any of the other salespersons but I find Joe to be very easy going, patient and knowledgeable with regard to the product he sells. Unlike most salespersons he does not decry a competitor’s product, but will point out what Hyundai's equivalent offers vs. the competition. That in my opinion is what builds lasting and repeat business for your dealership. This was not my first or even sixth new vehicle I have been through the process several times. I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant. Joe is the reason I will give Plaza first crack at my business from here on in. More
