We purchased a Hyundai Tucson 2012 at Plaza Hyundai. We had been to 2 other Hyundai dealerships but couldn't agree on the price. Miguel Sanchez was very informed and easy to work with. Even after we purchased the car, Miguel went a step above and ensured that the remote start on my car got installed. We also paid for the cargo tray and all weather floor mats but the parts department did not have any available. Miguel personally went to the sales department next week and sent me my stuff via courier and sent me a tracking number. This is my 6th car over the years and I must say that Miguel has been one of the best sales men I have seen in this business. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. More

Purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff we dealt with. The deal was sealed once Ronald arranged for me to test drive the car. Once our decision was made we then met with Mikhail Wright who explained the financial part of our car purchase. He answered all our questions with as much detail as we needed and asked for. On the following day when we picked up our car Ronald was there, I believe it was his day off but he came in for us, he walked us thru all the features and answered any final questions that we had. Ronald also set up the Blu-Link to sync with my cell phone. From test drive to financing and after purchase questions the experience was pleasant and relatively quick. I enjoyed the small waiting break until Mikhail Wright (finance) was available. It gave me a chance to have "think time" before continuing the purchase. I also watched how other customers were interacting with other sales persons and how they were treated.
