My wife and I recently returned to Plaza Hyundai and once again we worked with our friend, salesman Frank Mosca. We won't work with anyone else. It feels like we have known Frank for years (actually we have! again we worked with our friend, salesman Frank Mosca. We won't work with anyone else. It feels like we have known Frank for years (actually we have!) - his sense of humor, knowledge and patience went a long way in helping us to leave very satisfied with great lease deals on two beautiful new Hyundai's (a Tucson for myself and a Sonata for my wife). We had two leases that were expiring in the near future, both also Hyundai's that we leased from Plaza and our favorite salesman Frank. He always goes the extra mile - even calling to wish me a happy birthday. This may not sound important, but its just an example of how he does not fit the stereotype of the slimy and dishonest car dealer. He actually started the process when he called me up last week to remind me that my inspection was coming up (I had forgotten!) and I told him that my lease was actually up in October. Frank told me to come in that Saturday with my wife and both of our cars because he would have us leaving with two new ones the same day. I didn't think that that was possible - but sure enough we did! Frank worked with the management on our behalf to get us leases on the two vehicles we wanted at prices that fit our tight budget - and even got us the colors and extras we wanted. It was a seamless transition from old to new. His multi-tasking was impressive, working on two deals at once, but his jokes helped make the time pass and the process feel a lot less stressful. And at the end of the day when we were finally ready to pull off, he gave myself and my wife two big red bows (which he impressively assembled himself) for our new vehicles from his own collection and sent us off with big smiles! As he did with our last two leases, he has already contacted us to see if we are fully satisfied with our cars not even two days later. Plaza Hyundai is great and its hard to come by salesman like Frank Mosca that make us repeat customers. We look forward to enjoying our Hyundai experience and returning to Frank when our leases are up for two more great deals. Frank is our guy!!! You should make him yours too if you go into Plaza Auto Mall looking to buy/lease a vehicle. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Frank! More
