I owned a 2010 Santa Fe with only 20,000 miles on it which was lost to Sandy. I have purchased other cars fron another dealer in the past but I heard of the reputation of Plaza. When we got there I was greeted by Frank Mosca who sat us down and asked us what we needed. The first thing I told him is that I wanted a 2012 Santa Fe in Silver of Seira Red. Also I explained that I could not take delivery until my old car was taken buy the insuranse co. because I would not have a place to park my new car and was then told that would not be a problem. We then went to see the car he had in mind for us which buy luck was just what I wanted. And the rest was the paper work. We then spoke to Mikhail who also was very accomidating. More

I bought my car about a month ago. I delt with Mr Michael Dakir.He did everything he could to make me feel at ease. I have to say my experience working with Frank Mosca was top notch. Not only did he listen to what i wanted, he made sure i left there satisfied with my purchase. What a wonderful team of workers! Never had such a great experience with car dealers in the past. These guys give everyone else a bad name. Allen was fabulous and introduced me to everyone I would need in the future for oil changes and any items for my new car I may want or need. He stood by my side through the whole process and got me into a car I could afford and love in the one day time period I had to do it in. This allowed my life to go on making the loss of my old car much less painful. Raj stepped in at the end due to an emergency and took over as if he was with me through the whole process too, even though he had not been up until the very end of the process. He took on the responisibility without hestitation and had a lovely personality as well. He helped me to clear my old car and get all I needed out of it and into my new car making it all run smoothly. My process was not an easy one since I actually have an odd circumstance and was buying from out of state without out of state insurance and such. They rolled with the punches and made it all work! Awesome! I look forward to my future with this new cars and in the future as well. Manny the financial officer was quick and very informative. He took great care of me and made everything clear and understandable. Each of these workers really cared about your experience there.
