I called Frank Mosca, a salesman at Hyundai during the week of March 5th and told him that my lease was soon to end on my 2012 Sonata and he told me to come in. I figured OK, let's see what's what. Car salesman are usually very sneaky and try getting by on you. Frank was the complete and total opposite. He was a gentleman, completely professional, not pushy and really worked with me to get the best lease deal on my new 2014 Sonata. He listened to my concerns, took his time and made the complete leasing process a piece of cake. He truly is an asset to Plaza Hyundai. I also worked with Adrian who set my payments up for me and explained everything in a most professional manner. He sat with me in my new car and explained every feature imaginable. He walked me around the outside of the car pointing things out and was truly attentive. He even set my phone up to sync with the car. Something I never could have done. He was such a pleasure. In fact everyone that I came in contact was a true professional. They were were all welcoming and friendly and I would never, ever hesitate to send anyone to Plaza Hyundai who may be looking to purchase a Hyundai vehicle.
