The salesman didn't give me the vehicle sticker and I had to come back to the dealership to get a copy of it. This is my third Hyundai lease and each time there was a problem with either the salesman or the delivery. More

Unpleasant Leased my Santa Fe and Sonata from Plaza Hyundai. First thing is first, once I got in to the car and turned the ignition on I saw 150+ miles on the dashboard. As it was suppose to be a brand new vehicle, instead it was a demo car. I only found about all of this after I finalized all the paper works, it was too late to go back. Another huge drawback is that, when it was a time to sign the papers with the finance office, we had to wait literally 3 hours until got called in by the finance rep. In addition, their service center works even worse than their sales department. Long story short, I and all of my family members decided to not to utilize their services anymore, so now we are devoted Island Hyundai customers. Comparing Island Hyundai vs Plaza Hyundai it is like comparing a cat vs a lion!!! Would not recommend to use Plaza Hyundai services to anyone!!! More

Allen was a great salesman, which is actually easy to be considering he's selling a great product! :) He was contientious, helpful and just as importantly, not condescending to this female car-buyer. My father and I came in without an appointment and he was quick to assist us. And boy, did he! He kept my spending limits in mind and pushed for a great lease deal for me. Not only that, but he was a great conversationalist, and made me feel very comfortable from the moment we met, through the negotiations, and test drive. We really enjoyed his light and honest personality, as well as his humor. He did the standard things as well, like offering us beverages and seeing to it that we enjoyed our experience at Plaza Hyundai. Now all I have to do is wait for credit approval. Hopefully I'll be in my new Ruby wine/beige 2016 Tuscon very soon. Frank is awesome! Give him a try! More

I walked out, scratch that drove out with the car I wanted. Frank Mosca was my salesperson and is so friendly, knowledgeable and very funny. He followed up with me the next day to see if I was still satisfied with my purchase and even a few weeks later for my birthday. My financing was done by Mikhail Wright who worked efficiently to get me the best options. I had to wait a little for DMV but overall a great experience. Thanks guys! More
