By far the worst service I have experienced I arrived to my appointment on time. I waited a half hour to be acknowledged. My representative Alister Mc Alister was rude and nasty. I explained to I arrived to my appointment on time. I waited a half hour to be acknowledged. My representative Alister Mc Alister was rude and nasty. I explained to him that I have been hearing a noise which sounds like the axle; I needed an oil change, and the break light was out. He told me I would have to pay for the axle if it needed to be changed when I explained the car is under warranty and there was a recall on the axle he rolled his eyes said no its not and crossed off my complaint regarding the axle. I picked up my car eight hours later after calling twice for the status, to find out not only was the oil change I paid for not done but the axle wasn't checked either leaving me with the same issues I came in with eight hours prior with the exception of the break light. When I told Mr. Mc Alister he became even more nasty and said I didn't produce the coupon I said I had so he didn't do it. This is by far my worst experience here. I have been coming since 2011 and was never treated so poorly. I will not be returning. More

Getting My Batery Checked Out On Saturday,I found that my car wouldn't start, I spoke to Colin in service and he checked my warrante. He also said I wouldn't need an appoin On Saturday,I found that my car wouldn't start, I spoke to Colin in service and he checked my warrante. He also said I wouldn't need an appointment for the service I needed. Yesterday I had to get Hyundai Roadside assitance because my battery died. The person who responded found my blinker lights on and then jumped my battery. It responded and he suggested that I go to the service center and get it checked out. when I got to the service center I was taken immedidately. It turns out that one of the cells of my battery was no good, so they replaced my battery. The wait wasn't too long and the people were friendly. More

Plaza Auto Mall is alright with me I left Plaza Hyundai feeling like I got a great deal for my situation. I didn't feel like I was scammed or harassed into something that didn't fit, t I left Plaza Hyundai feeling like I got a great deal for my situation.
