Beautiful car, confusing and misleading financing, Salesman added NJ dealer fee to the TrueCar price. Then the financing person said that was the price we agreed to with the salesman. Neither took responsibility to notice that the TrueCar price was not honored, that we were charged NJ Dealer fee and a separate NY dealer fee. I tried on numerous occasions to talk to them or to their managers and have received no satisfaction. More

The processing and wait time was a bit lengthy so be prepared to spend a few hours there. Frank went over the car with me & showed me how to use everything. He also gave me snacks as I waited! I highly recommend using Frank as your dealer. He truly cares about his customers, follows up the next day, and is always available to assist with any issues during and after your purchase. Mikhail made the finance process as smooth as possible and ensured that I understood everything before I left. Overall I had a great experience dealing with these two professionals! More

More problems created than they are fixed Dropped my car off for a repair only to find that it got scratched by the mechanic and/or someone else. They promised to fix that as well but when I came back I found paint where there shouldn't be. Fast forward a couple weeks later and the paint was already chipping.
