Colin Mazza and Plaza Hyundai are the best! He always made me feel comfortable, and helped my wife and I fix our 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring perfectly! I'd recommend Plaza to all Hyundai owners, and if you do go there, ask for Colin to help you! (although I'm sure everyone else is just as competent and nice- but once you find a gem, you don't look anywhere else!) Thanks for the great service, I'm a happy customer. More

Gabriel was very thorough in explaining to me what was going to be done and how much it would cost. He also texted me several times as issues arose to find out what I wanted to do and I wasn't surprised by anything when I got the bill. More

We went through why I was there, to service my Hyundai Santa Fe. I just wanted it to be checked so that whatever part is not working top notch can be fixed. I was told that the car will be given a through once-over and that I will be contacted to be informed about whatever needed to be fixed. I indeed was called a few hours after I left. We agreed to what was to be done. That was it. I picked up the car after the job was completed and was satisfied with the service. More

Beware of Lease Scams! My lease was about to end in August 2015. I kept receiving letters and phone calls to bring my Kia Optima in and get a new lease from Hyundai. It wa My lease was about to end in August 2015. I kept receiving letters and phone calls to bring my Kia Optima in and get a new lease from Hyundai. It was one of those early lease termination programs. I went in a dealt with Bruce Sanchez. I got a new Hyundai, which I'm happy with, and gave up my Kia. Bruce assured me that the next three lease payments would be made and any termination fees would be taken care of. Now, I've gotten a bill from Kia for the unpaid lease payments and termination fees. I never would have given up my Kia with just three months left, just to get a bill! I went back to Hyundai and spoke with Gerard Baptiste. He seemed surprised and told me that Bruce no longer worked there (i wonder why?). He also agreed that it would be unusual for me to give up my lease just to get a bill. He assured me that he would get back to me the next day. He has not gotten back to me, returned my phone calls, or emails. I went in there to get a new car with the early termination lease program and feel like I was scammed. Beware! Now, I'm stuck with a bill for a car I no longer have nor would I have ended the lease early by three months just to get a bill! ***Update*** I called Kia to pay the bill and apparently $1,000 was waived off of the bill! So, I'm happy about that. Mr. Baptiste apparently came threw.*** More
