Some snafus offset by expedited service Scheduled a recall repair by phone and received email confirmation but when I arrived, they didn't have me on their schedule. They accepted to do the work because I had confirm number but told me it would take 4 hours. I objected saying that telephone rep said it would take 2.5 hours. Service rep said he would do the best he can. I went to waiting room, turned on my laptop and discovered that wifi wasn't working which was confirmed by reps there. So, I had to wait for shuttle to take me home. In fact, they finished in 2.5 hours, so they compensated for some of the snafus with good service. It does seem to indicate that complaining does help. More
