A BUNCH OF CROOKS HORRIBLE SERVICE CENTER!! This place lured me in with their postcard coupons. I booked an appointment on line and noted that I wanted to use two co HORRIBLE SERVICE CENTER!! This place lured me in with their postcard coupons. I booked an appointment on line and noted that I wanted to use two coupons and if I was not able to, they should contact me. Nobody contacted me at all. Before leaving to my appointment, I called to confirm I wanted to use both coupons. They said it was fine and that the wait time would be up to an hour and a half. I told them I would be there in 40 minutes. I traveled out 40 minutes to this place. When I got there, they were extremely rude. They told me that the wait would be ate least 3 hours because they had cars ahead of me that were still there from the morning. I told them that I had an appointment, and I even called to confirm. They said there is nothing they can do. Then they told me I cannot use both coupons. I told them I called first and they said I can. They said "When you called, the phone calls go to another department who didn't realize our waits or our policy". I was sure I spoke to the rep who I was dealing with. I recognized their voice. I picked up my phone and dialed the number, AND IT RANG AT HIS DESK! I took my keys back and packed out of there. This place is a bunch of dishonest crooks! Do not use them!! More

Sexist, discriminatory and totally Unprofessional staff This dealership is the worst. Avoid. They are unprofessional,and lack basic knowledge about the products that they sell. If you are a woman definitely do not go to this dealership. Also when you call to inquire about anything they have a female repeatedly call you to get you into the dealership. No problem I asked her if she was a sales rep because I would rather give my business to a female in this male dominated and discriminatory business. She said she was a sales rep. So I made an appointment to buy a car. When I get to the dealership the shenanigans began (they really began over the phone because come to find out the female sales rep was NOT a sale rep but a cold caller. That was the first lie. They did not want to honor the promotions and they are extremely disrespectful and insult your intelligence. Also if you do your research regarding the promos and bring that information to the dealership in an attempt to get the best deal as you should, they give you the run around. It's a circus. After I made my complaint, I later found out that the sales rep put false information into the computer notes to cover up their discriminatory behavior. I am escalating my complaint up to corporate. I'm disgusted by the conduct of these reps. More
