Very Disappointing Experience 6/11/16 Starting out, I had to wait a few minutes before being checked in-no big deal. Things went south when I came back to pick up my car. First off nobody was around in the office except a guy who sat toward the front, who casually told to me to wait and that the service adviser was checking someone else out. Still not too bad...Tabitha was my adviser and she was fine; my poor experience was not her fault. She checked me out and I went outside to wait for my car, and that is what I did: WAIT. Apparently, there was no tag on my car so they did not know where my car was until I described it for them and by process of elimination figured it out. I waited for perhaps 20 to 30 minutes before they figured it out and brought my car to me, while at least two other people left who checked out after me. When the guy drove my car up to me, I instantly noticed damage on the rear bumper that I did not bring my car in with. It looked as though someone backed into something, backed into the bumper or swiped it in a turn. I pointed it out to the driver and he went inside and after a few minutes told me someone would be out in a little bit and he left for the day. A little bit??? No sense of urgency! it got worse after about 10 minutes I went back in to the same guy that was sitting in the chair and he had another employee sitting across from him; I asked how long is a little bit? He answered and said it's going to be a few minutes because I had to wait for one of the managers to come out and look at the car. After about 10 minutes, the same person that was sitting in front of him made her way out to the car and asked where the damage was. I showed her and then she had to go get my paperwork from when I came in from the cashier since I did not have it on me. I was left waiting again until the very same guy, Oz I believe his name was, came out and spoke to me. I was told that they would only cover replacing half the bumper and he offered a car wash, which I had to wait about 20-30 minutes more for. As I sat waiting, the female employee that first came out asked Oz if "he left" not realizing I was sitting right there. There was no sense of urgency or concern, and it felt as though I was being a nuisance or something and not being taken all that seriously. Finally, the car was done being washed and it was driven off further inside, and I had to wait for someone to go get it. Even after waiting for so long from the time I arrived to pick up my car, I had to wait at least another 10 minutes while Oz wrote down the agreement to the 50/50 split on my receipt and in the system, which I had to go back inside and get from him. I spent way too much time picking up my car, and I was absolutely disappointed with how I was handled and by the lack of effort the employees/managers gave to my situation. More

Terrible I brought my vehicle in at 10:15 AM 5/26 per my appointment for an oil change,check the transmission and cruise control.Initially I stood there about I brought my vehicle in at 10:15 AM 5/26 per my appointment for an oil change,check the transmission and cruise control.Initially I stood there about 10 minutes and no one asked me what I needed. I went into the office and one of the young ladies there wrote up the work order. I called back at 2PM to find that the vehicle was not ready and it would be about 4PM. I called back at 4:10PM to find out the vehicle had not been touched and told only certain mechanics could look at the transmission. I asked if the oil at least had been changed and was told no. so the vehicle had been sitting there for 5 hours with nothing done. I told them I was coming to pick up the vehicle and was told that they could not anything about the transmission if i wanted to leave it overnight they would look at it on Friday. I spoke to the on duty service manger (Oz) who was very cut and dry and basically said well we were busy and couldn't get to it, no apology nothing. When I picked up the vehicle it stated that a technician had driven it and could not duplicate the issue, so it was never put on a computer as they stated when I came in for diagnostics. The issue with the cruise control was not even addressed. More
