An exercise in patience I didn't have to wait when i arrived, The attractive young lady, Noeli i believe her name was, proved quite friendly and informative. However waiting four days for a glass replacement makes one wonder, it is a hyundai service shop. Walking 3 miles to and from work is exercise. Noeli called me and let me know when the car was ready. I mentioned to her and remind you over there that 2 years ago a dent on my car was done by someone over there and seems to have been forgotten. You have been reminded, again. The employee or associate that was there at the time of the damage doesn't seem to be there anymore. Noeli was pleasant for the time we interacted. More
Long wait. The wait was very long , my apointment was for 2:00 pm and I got there @ 1:40 pm . Because it was back-up I had a long wait. I had to ask how long again i have to wait before the car is ready. It so happen that the car was ready but it was across the street, so the service advisor wouldn't of know riteaway when the cas was ready. I did not leve there until 5:30 pm and i had other things to do. More
Only good for regular oil changes and be prepared to wait. The only good thing about this dealership is that it's close to my house and service advisers are polite. Unfortunately there are no real mechanics working there and the whole operation is a complete xxxx show. I have two Hyundai's and I practically live there now. My cars are now starting to fall apart at 35000 miles and it takes 2-3 visits and hours of negotiations and road tests for every simple repair other than an oil change. Even an oil change takes about half a day and last time they put regular oil in my car after I clearly requested synthetic a few times. It takes 45min to drop the car off and get signed in and 45min to 1hr to get the car out of the lot at pickup. Car was damaged by one of the parking attendants in the past and had to sit in the body shop for 3 days to be repaired. Last time I brought the car in and they called me the next day and told me that car is ready for pick up. When I arrived it turned out that nothing was done because mechanic could not replicate the noise. I guess they don't know how to perform simple tests with car on the lift. Once manager was involved it took one more day to identify the problem but they had to order the part. When part arrived they said I have limited time to replace it before they send it back to factory. when I brought the car in 20 days they told me that part they received was incorrect. Now there is a broken motor mount that they do not want to repair due to factory instructions to reset everything first and keep driving as is till next oil change. Second car had check engine light turned off by them twice and now does 10mpg avg in the city. They are saying they can not honor warranty to repair intake manifold which is a common problem on 2015 Sonatas because check engine light is not on at the moment. Meanwhile I know at least two other people with the same car and the same problem getting the same run around by Plaza. They turned off my check engine light 3 times already but do not fix the problem since there are no codes now. The service advisers are swearing it's not their fault and there is no one to be held responsible for anything there. No one really cares, they are just doing the bare minimum to get rid of you and get the next one in while saying they are giving 110% and it's all corporate policy not to repair. The only person who seems to be able to get things done there is manager Collin but he has no time to oversee what mechanics are doing so the car just sits there for hours until owner comes in and starts complaining. If you are buying a Hyundai, make sure you sell it before it hits 35k miles! That warranty they advertise is false advertising. More
