Thanks to the Service Rep today My experience with this company has never been a good one. I attempted to get service over a month ago and the rep did not know anything about cars. My experience with this company has never been a good one. I attempted to get service over a month ago and the rep did not know anything about cars. My service Rep today (Courtney Browne 438792) was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, answered my questions, even let me know the numbers on the tire that indicate my tires are God or needs to change. He called me to follow up when my service check was completed to let me know the next steps. I have not had a service rep so helpful and efficient since my experience with Guiffre Hyundai and the last service Rep at PLAZA Made me frustrated. I hope you get more Service Reps like Courtney to help people like me who don't know much about cars. Thanks More

Excellent!! Had many things going on with the car: Flat tire/Oil changed /Recall notice. Took a little time (I waited). but there's coffe & tea if you want.
