Thank you for responding to my message. I'm glad to hear the place is under new management. As you might imagine, we already bought our car and are not in the market for a new one currently. For what it's worth, there was no misunderstanding when we visited Plaza; it was an attempt at outright fraud. As far as I'm concerned, Plaza still owes me $100 in cab fare back and forth premised on multiple lies. I appreciate that there's new management, but please don't mistake the past management's unscrupulous business practices for "misunderstandings" caused by incompetence. They knew exactly what they were doing.
